At my third attempt, and with the minimum of effort, I've now met the love of my life through Soulmates. Such was the affinity that, several lengthy emails and two marathon 10-hour 'phone calls later, we'd met and fallen hopelessly for each other. I'd always considered myself an 'acquired taste' of limited appeal, but the site's carefully phrased criteria allowed for creative self-expression whilst revealing some telling details, and the degree of commonality between us was remarkable!

I warmly recommend Soulmates both to neophytes and those returning to the fray. The vast majority of subscribers seem open, genuine, and genuinely engaged – and time-wasters are easy to spot. The defining relationship of my life might have have continued to elude me, had I not taken the plunge and opened myself up to the experience – which proves beyond doubt that there really IS hope for everyone!
